About Us

Parents/Guardians of students in the Flandreau Music Department (grades 5-12) are considered active members. There are no dues to participate in Music Boosters. Fundraisers provide opportunities for all music students to raise funds that apply to FHS Music Booster sponsored trips. Fundraisers also provide ongoing funding for the Music Boosters general fund which is used to lend financial support in a variety of ways: 
 

• Food and snacks for marching band performances

• All-State Band and Choir trips

• Scholarships for senior music students

• Music camp assistance

• Purchases such as musical instruments, equipment, repairs, and sheet music

• Stipends for students attending music booster sponsored trips

• Cover cost of FHS Music Trip chaperones
